• Project details such as offer, audience, platform, goals, and brand direction.
• Uploaded assets such as logos, product images, screenshots, current ads, and brand files.
• Payment metadata from payment processors, not full card details.
• Emails, form submissions, and project communications.

How we use information

We use information to process purchases, create project briefs, produce creative, deliver files, provide support, improve our services, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

Tools and processors

REVHANCE may use third-party tools for payments, forms, file storage, analytics, email, project tracking, automation, and AI-assisted production. These tools process information only as needed to support the service.

Current operational tools may include Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and serverless form handling, Resend for email delivery, Namecheap Private Email for business email, and Plausible for privacy-friendly site analytics, and Meta Pixel for advertising campaign measurement.

Uploaded assets

Uploaded client assets are used to produce the purchased work. Clients should only upload files they own or have permission to use. Confidentiality requests should be made before purchase or before submitting project assets.

Analytics and advertising

REVHANCE uses Plausible to understand site activity and improve the landing page without collecting personal profiles. REVHANCE uses Meta Pixel to measure advertising campaigns, page views, and checkout-intent events. Meta may use cookies or similar technologies according to its own policies.

Retention

Project records and assets may be retained for business operations, future revisions, legal/accounting records, and internal creative learning unless deletion is requested and retention is not otherwise required.
